When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by July 11, 2025!
What time should I arrive for the wedding?
Please arrive at the venue by 4:30pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Ceremony: Outdoor
Cocktail Hour: Outdoor/Indoor
Dinner/Reception: Indoor
Where can I park?
Our venue has plenty of parking to accommodate all of our guests. If assistance is needed to the entrance, a golf cart can escort you to the front of the venue. Overnight parking is also permitted.
What should I wear?
We would love for you to dress up with us on our special day! The dress code is formal.
For women, think long and elegant dresses, pantsuits, or jumpsuits.
For men, think suits — button-up shirt, dress pants, & a suit jacket/sport coat (ties are optional).
We would appreciate if you wore more muted colors with minimal designs/patterns.

Are there colors I should avoid?
Please avoid wearing white/ivory as well as the terracotta color below!
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, there is a limit on the amount of guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. In your invitation, you will have a RSVP card with the number of seats reserved for you at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding!
Are children welcome?
We have decided to have an adult-only wedding! We want our guests to enjoy a night off with us!
Is there a reserved block of rooms at a hotel?
There is not a specific block of rooms for our wedding, but we have a list of hotels under the "Travel & Stay" tab that are in Castle Rock or are in close proximity to the venue.
Can I take pictures at the wedding?
During the ceremony, we would appreciate if your phones were tucked away. We have hired two photographers to capture this special moment and we want you to be fully present with us! Professional photos will be shared via this wedding website.
After the ceremony, feel free to pull out your phone and take as many photos as you would like!
